They're also going to do the first internal check since my first appointment (checking cervical competency/preterm labor stuff). So that's going to be a LOVELY day.
I don't remember ever having this with DD1, but I guess if I did, it made a huge impact on me huh!?
Anyway, only 5-10% of pregnant women even have GD so I'm hoping we're both gonna breeze through this thing.
As far as the immunization thing goes, I had the undesirable pleasure to go to a childrens hospital where little kids were experiencing some of these childhood diseases because their parents wouldn't have them immunized. The pain and terror and crap these kids go through was enough to persuade me to immunize my children even though there are some risks. (I've not been convinced of the link between autism and immunizations but thats JMHO.)
Immunizing kids - just like everything else a parent needs to decide is the parents choice.
