Hello ladies, just wanted to share my weekend with you all. First of all, I hope everyone had a good weekend and here we are again with the dreaded Monday. Saturday morning my hubby woke me up at 8:00 am, he was throwing his brother's bachelor party all day and all night long. I dropped my bridesmaid dress off early that day, helped a friend make stuff for the bachelorette party we were going to. The party started at 6:00, I was the DD of course. We left for the bars at 9:00, went to 2 different bars, left the last one at 3:30 am. I then drove everyone back to the house and half the crew left and the other half of us went to eat breakfast at 4:00 am (I was super tired at this point). After that I got home at 5:00 am. I slept till 10:00 and then me and hubby had to drive an hour and half away to drop off the van the guys rented (not fun). the rest of the day we were running around and got home at 8:00 last night, I did 3 loads of laundry and all the dishes and went to bed. I had to come into work at 7:00 this morning so I can leave at 4:00 for my doctor's appointment. I am pooped and can't wait to get home cause I'm not going to do anything. To top everything off, someone broke my back seat Saturday night. It was folded forward so people could get into the back, well now it doesn't go back into the upright postion, they broke the handle for that. I'm not happy about that at all. I guess, at least everyone got home safely because of me and that is all I care about. It is weird being the sober one at the bars, I just watched people get drunk and out of control and I sat there and thought, I'm glad that is not me, lol!!!!!

Wow, sounds like your weekend was busy!

I haven't really gone to any bars for more than 6 years. But, sheesh, when we do I have one drink and watch the other clowns. Makes me wonder how I looked years ago when I was drunk. LOL

Sounds like you had an action packed weekend! Mine was pretty boring. DH and I stayed home all weekend for a change and played Paper Mario on the Wii

went to toronto for a concert, other than that I just slept and read a book.

We just ran errands, worked on cleaning stuff out that has been building up, picked up paint for the baby's room, watched the Super Bowl. Pretty boring. I have no idea how you made it to 4am. I would have fallen asleep at the bar at 12.

We went to the Monster Jam *monster truck show* and were there from 3 p.m. and didn't get home until after midnight. That took a lot out of me!

I am amazed you made it until 5 a.m. too

It was super hard to stay awake till 5:00 am but I was responsible for driving drunks around so they would be safe. I almost fell asleep after I dropped off the last person cause I was close to home. I just turned the radio up real loud and sped home so I could crawl into bed. Around 2:00 am is when I lost all energy and started getting cranky and people were smoking around me, I was about to gag. When I got home, I felt like I was the one smoking (yuk!). This weekend we have 4 b-day parties to attend and then next weekend, me and hubby are in a wedding. Wheeew.... what happened to my boring weekends??
