I'm Currently Feeling: | Here it's 48-72 hours for natural and 4-5 days for a C-Section. I am going to try my darndest to come home early if I have a natural delivery. I HATE hospitals | | | | Status: Online

I'm Currently Feeling: | We are allowed to request a 6 hour stay so long as there are no complications. If you do this though you have to take the baby up the next day to see the paediatriction. If you have a normal birth havent opted for 6 hours then its usually 24-48 hours providing baby is keeping there own temp up and you have done a poo lol | | | | Status: Offline

| I was allowed home as soon as the dr had done all the checks. As Ryan was born at night, these were done the following day, so I had to stay for the night and had my dinner before being let home. x | | | | Status: Offline
