I didn't get extra hungry at all until about 16/17 weeks, then I went through a two week "spurt" of hunger, now I am back to normal again (pretty much)... For me it looks as though it will probably go in "spurts" of hunger (may get another one in a week or two).
By 14 weeks you really don't need a lot more extra calories at all... if you can eat normally, balanced and sensibly, then that is THE best idea

. If your body doesn't need many extra calories, then eating them will only put on excess weight (or unnecessary fat)...
If you get a "hunger spurt", then it is still best to eat sensibly: you do need extra food/calories, but not 200g of CDM worth

. Look for things that satisfy you, but are healthy too (I went through quite a lot of fresh bread and cottage cheese during my hunger spurt
