Anyone who has had a Leg Blood Clot...

I have scared myself into thinking i have a blood clot in my left leg. Heres the story

When i had my first appointment at 5 weeks.. i told my gyno that i had been having pain in my legs. They shrugged and said hmm, but then i read that it could be from low potassium or low calicium. Since i BARELY eat right now that makes complete sense. But since day before yesterday the pain has actually seemed to get worse. Sometimes there will be a tingly numb pain. But that goes away. I had DH look at my leg for swelling or redness or anything and he didnt see anything wrong with my leg.

The pain i have feels kind of like a pulling pain. Like the pain feeling you get when you stretch your leg, or pull your toes toward you and you can feel it stretch your calf. The pain is in my calf...

What do you ladies think????

Also i havent been doing any exercise. The most i get up to walk around is to go to the store and then im back in bed ALL DAY

You wouldn't have a clot for 8 weeks and not know. The pain would be a deep, throbbing pain and your leg would swell up and feel hot and hard in the swollen area. You can't really miss a DVT.

Yep, as someone who's had quite sever DVT, sounds to me like you've got a cramp. Not walking around much and not having the best of diets will mean your muscles are seizing up. As Femme has said, you really can't miss a DVT, hard, swollen hot calfs, rock hard bruising, and waking up screaming from 'cramps'.

In saying that, obviously if you're really worried then you should get it checked out, or if the cramps start happening along with chest pains or shortness of breath.

well i have shortness of breath anyways haha. And the pains come and go. I'v had the leg pains since like 5 weeks preggo, but recently they seem to have gotten worse. Hubby says he cant see any swelling or discoloration though. And its not an Excrutiating pain. they hurt but i can deal with them kinda thing...
