I still sleep on my belly too, except I have to pull a leg up toward my chest to get comfortable, but my doc said the same as toria's mw, it's fine until it's uncomfortable.

Have you tried using a body pillow? The one that I have makes it impossible to be on my tummy, although sometimes I wake up on my back (I've heard that's not so great either). But I like the advice from toriaaaa's midwife--if you're comfortable, that's what counts!

My doctor seemed to think sleeping on my stomach was fine until it became uncomfortable--I am completely a stomach sleeper! Don't know what I'll do when it does become uncomfortable!!
