It took me 4 hours trying to get to sleep last night because I was trying to do it "the proper way." You know, on your left side, not on your belly, not on your back. That is actually physically IMPOSSIBLE for me to do. But I gave it a go
I was a stomach sleeper until 4.5 months. Then one day, you just physically cant lay on your stomach and thats that...I cant wait to sleep on my stomach again though!
Sleeping on my stomach has just started to get uncomfortable. I still end up sleeping on my side,with a pillow under my bump, and between my legs. It actually is pretty comfy. Like everyone said, it should be fine, whatever makes you comfortable.
i cant sleepon tummy any more its to uncomfortable. try to sleep on side with pillows but end up waking up from rolling onto tummy and pillows are on floor dont askme how they end up there. xx
