I'm Currently Feeling: | Are these safe to take? Are over the counter stool softners okay to take? I have bought equate (off brand) stool softners from WalMart. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | They should be ok for single uses. But if you have an ongoing problem you should consider the psyllium powders like Metamucil, or Citrucel. Call your HCP for more info though! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | The Dr. told me that I could use them... I used a natural one... Metamucil, but they said that those were an option if I needed them. Hope it helps!! =) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | They're on my doctor's ok list. I think it would be better to use fiber cause it come naturally in foods. I use Citrucel it comes in chocolate shake which is so much better than that orange stuff. |
