I'm constantly surprised how many employers try to take the piss regarding how they treat pregnant women. Hope you get it all sorted

Stick to your guns. Not up to her to allow you time off for antenatal appointments. You have rights whether she likes it or not.!

I totally agree! It's not just you that you are sticking up for, its all us pregnant ladies. If for any reason she treats you unfairly because you're pregnant, take her to a tribunal! We'll support you.

Thanks for being so nice ladies.

I've decided I'm going to use half a days holiday for the day off next Tues (as technically the gall stone app isnt baby related).......I update the holiday spreadsheet, so fingers crossed she wont check up on me (if she does say anything I'll point out the morning app was baby related!)

I'm not going to pull a sicky on the 29th...I'll just tell her in advance I have the scan, and MW appointment......if she kicks off again i'll remind her of the law!!

I guess I just feel bad as I started the job when pregnant (and didnt tell them for 2 weeks) so i feel like i'm conning them, if you see what I mean.......

Oh well, 5 weeks left and i'm on Mat Leave
