I'm Currently Feeling: | I barely slept between weeks 16-24 ... oh it was horrible! Coffee in the morning kept me going at work until noon lol then I would space out. I would probably be the same but now I'm on a medication that makes me drowsy to the point I could sleep on the floor for all I cared. Probably the first time I will say I like one of the side effects of a drug. Hope you got some sleep hun. Trying drinking a warm beverage and put on some lavender lotion. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | You could try listening to an MP3 player with soothing music on it, or get someone to rub your back for you (This NEVER fails to make me drop off to sleep). If you can rope someone in to do this, partner or mum LOL!
I normally sleep in the afternoons after work and collecting my son from school between 4.30 and 6.00 pm and that helps me no end.
A hot water bottle helps me to get warm and comfortable too.
Lavender oil in my bath is great at making me sleepy too.
Hope this helps!

I'm Currently Feeling: | i've hardly had a problem sleeping, but when i can't sleep i always lie with my head on his chest and he stroke my hair or runs his fingers through it and i always drop off!! he does it for about 20 minutes till i'm completly asleep then he leaves me asleep!
of course you'd need a really patient boyfriend, but trust me it does work!! its sooo relaxing!
