Hopefully this is not just me... Eeek!

Hi there

In the last couple of weeks I have not been able to pass solids properly. I just constantly have diarrhoea and I don't know if its just me or if its due to the pregnancy. I have heard of women getting constipation and not actually getting anything out which is uncomfortable but my booty doesn't want to keep much in.

I am going to the toilet about 3 times a day and its awful especially as I am still at work etc.

Anyone got any advice?

My diet hasn't changed at all. Always eat a well balanced diet. Mainly pasta and chicken. Fruit. etc.

Mmmm I might need to see my doctors.

if yur eating too much fruit (i know sounds silly right ) but fruit and fruit juice overload can cause it... its more than likely its something your eating chick, just ring up either doctor or MW and ask.. Cos cant be healthy if your going 3 times a day,

eat bananas and dried apricots! good for you and helps get things more solid! also try arrowroot biscuits - not very exciting but may help.
