Caffeine Intake????

Ok.. I am CRAVING a French Vanilla Cappuccino soooo badly!!!!!

I tried calling my Dr's office but no one is answering!!! I don't drink coffee at all... infact I HATE IT!!.. but I love the French vanilla cappuccinos!!

The only caffeine I will have once in a while is hot chocolate... or a cookie of somesort... whatever has chocolate in it... but I heard thats not too bad...

So I'm asking... CAN I HAVE MY FRENCH VANILLA CAPPUCCINO?!?!??!! PLEASE??? Or no??? Honestly.. let me know! thanks!

You're allowed to have caffine equivilant to 8 cans of coke a day (obviously you wouldn't drink that but that's what you're allowed) so I'm sure one of them will be more than fine

My doctor told me that one or two cups a day is ok- have the cap and don't feel guilty about it!

Go and enjoy. I have about 2-4 cups of tea a week, so I am not worried about my caffeine intake.
