I'm Currently Feeling: | Yeah bananas are good and a couple handfuls of all bran cereal each day really helps aswell, you can get cinnamon flavour which isn't as dry.
I'm under the impression we can take the powder "fibre sure" as well, its flavourless and you just add it to water. Check the packet though, i' pretty sure its safe because I'm going to buy some today as I keep suffering from the same problem.
I hope your bowels sort themselves out soon, and mine too, :-) xxxx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've got it quite badly at the moment and even though I've been eating loads of fibre it's not helped so I've just taken milk of magnesia which is supposed to be good. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I have the same problem. I used Metamusil once, I know I should use it everyday. While everyone is on this subject, and sorry if TMI, but does anyone know what we can use as stool softners as well? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | OJ and/or applejuice is my usual constipation fixer-upper...
But I also take Metamucil everyday in morning and night. My doc called it a 'bulking agent' and actually works to regulate constipation AND/OR diarreah (which has been my general problem throughout this pregnancy). |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I eat dried prunes while watching tv and that usually does the trick. Also fresh young coconut juice. Another thing that has also helped in the past was dried apricots. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My friend (she's 28wks) suggested I use frozen fruit juice concentrate (any flavor) and use apple juice to make it instead of water. She said it's super yummy and works really fast. I personally find that a glass of OJ in the morning helps things along. |
