Trying to have a happy day but woke up with a splitting headache.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

The back of my head is going to explode. I went out just now for a quick walk to get up out of my desk chair and realized how tight my shouder and neck muscles are.
Wow, I'm so tensed up.

I took two Tylenol at 7:45...and it did not touch it really. So now I have to wait till 11:45 to take 2 more. Grrrrrrrrr.

I am blessed though, I haven't had a headache like this since first trimester.

Anyone else still occasionally get headaches?

Yep. That describes it. Ugh and I can't afford to take a sick day or anything. I've spaced my days out just enough to last until the end of the year.

The US sucks.

Hi I have had headaches since 2nd trimester started. I am prone to migraines and sinus pain so I suppose it was expected.

I have managed to formulate a plan which seems to clear mine for at least two days.

1. Steam sinus with vicks and boiling water (or menthol crystals)
2. Cup of tea (only caffine of the day)
3 Paracetamol (works better with the caffine)

If I have any of these without the other it stays the whole day and then can turn into a migraine for days. I dont have any other paracetamol (or tylanol) all day.

Give it a try but it may not work even though it did for me,

This headache is rediculous. I had 2 more Tylenol at 12 and it's still not touched. Infact I think it's worse. I want to go home and curl up into a ball. Feels like someone has a knife in the base of my skull and they are slowly twisting it.

I'm still suffering from headaches - perhaps once per week. I'm drinking lots of water and trying to have a lie down when it starts. This has been possible in the last few weeks (have been on hols) - what I'll do when I return to work tomorrow I have no idea!!

I hope you feel better.
