| Yes, I can totally relate to this chest and back pain. It's made it very difficult for me to sleep comfortably through the night. Between that and having to pee, I feel like my body is preparing me for many sleepless nights ahead once the LO is here. Anyway...have you tried massage or prenatal yoga to offer some relief? Sometimes it's the last thing you feel like doing, but I find that stretching helps. Remember that your lower ribs are expanding as the baby gets bigger, so you're right about everything shifting around. Pretty amazing what our bodies go through--but certainly not all fun.
