My little man is obviously playing football with my insides or something.

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hey hun have you tried sucking on something sour. Preggy pops worked pretty well for me but when I'm out I just use life savors lol. I always have to pop them on my way home from work. I hope you start feeling better soon!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Think of it this way.........little man is talking to you!!
I got my body into a routine that worked for me. As soon as i got out of bed i had a biggggg glass of water then stayed next to the loo. When that came up it wasnt so bad as it was only liquid. Then i could rush downstairs and eat weetabix or cornflakes then so long as i ate something small every 2 hours i wouldnt feel so nauseous during the day and wouldnt throw up again/ touch wood. Bananas worked for me keeping the feeling at bay too.
Not sure if this would help but worth a go.......i swore by it. The only time it was different was if i had a lie in on the weekend, if i didnt have that water early enough i felt bad all day.
Anyway glad your lil bump is doing well |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I had sickness until around 14 weeks, it started to fade but would still have days until week 18 where I would be sick or occasionally feel it, I ended up having preggo pops which helped me loads |

| it's funny how completely different things seem to work for different people! The taste and smell of mint just makes me wretch! I've even switched to apple flavoured kids tooth paste!
I sip water whenever I wake up in the night and really make sure that I eat regularly. On Saturday I didn't eat when I had been eating during the week and I threw up every six hours all weekend. Lovely.
It might be worth mentioning to your midwife or dr if you haven't already, especially if it's causing you problems. |

I feel for you ladies, my morning sickness didn't subside until I was 20 weeks.
What really helped for me was bread. It seemed to fill the empty/sick feeling. Sometimes that didn't help at all and I just had to make a visit to the toilet, usually after that I was able to keep things down.
I hope you all start feeling better so you can start enjoying your pregnancies more |
