This is sort of related to the last question I posted but does anyone know if you can ask for a second or more detailed scan on the NHS in the UK after your 20 week scan? Or is that as detailed as they get?

I think they only give you another one after 20 weeks if they want to keep check on something, but Im not sure.

I think you would only be able to get one if there was something to concern you or the doctors, i don't think they would let you have one just to see bubs. I have found some reasonably priced 4d scans on the internet, i am going to have one of them once i have had my 20 week scan

I hadn't read your earlier post before replying to this one... I think if the doctors aren't requesting further tests/scans they must think everythings ok xx
