20 weeks: flutters and kicks seemed to have gone!

Morning!

I am a bit worried as I can't really feel my baby any more!

I felt a few random but strong flutters between weeks 17 and 18, then between weeks 18 and 19 the strong flutters and kicks seemed to settle into a pattern. I was feeling them around 10am, 1ish and then when I was trying to get to sleep at night.

They were very low down feelings, but were definitely the baby. Last week the flutters seemed to get a lot milder and now I am struggling to notice them!

I think they have stopped! I am really worried. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried? I have my scan on Wednesday.

It happened to me too hon, I could go for a few days without feeling anything. My midwife said it is normal at our stage

In the last week though I am getting really strong kicks reguarly throughout the day most of the time

I still get quiet days though x

i felt this same way!

but trust me, your lil one will be kicking you alot within a few weeks.

Your baby may have turned round/position so you won't be able to feel them

I'm sure they'll start again in a few days

I have felt the baby a little today!

I was thinking about when this started and I think it coincided with a bit of watery discharge! Sorry for TMI. Just over a week ago I noticed a leakage in my knickers when I stood up in the early evening. It was enough to make me change my underwear and it happened around the same time the next day. It didn't smell of anything, again sorry for TMI! It was after that, that the babies movements seem to disappear/get fainter. I have been worrying myself into thinking I have lost some amniotic fluid! I was wondering if that can happen at 19 weeks and if it did, does anyone know how it would affect the baby? I have not noticed that discharge since and didn't have any cramps.

The same thing happened to me too. It's only been in the last week or 2 (I'm 24 weeks) that I've started to properly notice kicks every day and got into more of a pattern. You LO probably just moved.

As for the leakage, I can't help you I'm afraid but I do notice more discharge now...

If you're really worried then call your midwife.

If got placenta at back wall, when baby kicks that way very unlikely you'll feel any of this movement (Just yet) So could just be baby is lying with there back to front of your belly.
Im sure movement will pick up again soon

OMG thought I was going crazy to. But I was put on insilun so I thought omg what if something happened to my baby and phoned in...said the insulin would not mess with the baby that its still a little early for feeling alot of movement. but I dunno I have been feeling flutters for a while...guess dr thinks I am dumb

I am having the same issue. (No leakage though.)

I felt her more last week than I do this week. I was really bummed this morning about it but she gave me some good solid bumps today. I hope it picks back up soon.
