Hi, I'm sorry to read that you've tried so many things and they haven't helped you. Don't know if this may help.

I've started with the nasty heartburns recently (in the 1st tri they happened seldomly).

Yesterday, I simply felt awful. Walked around (doing small chores) a little bit to try to burp (honestly that was my last resort as I could not possibly pass anything through). And burping helped me. Then I had some fruit to refresh my esophagus.

Another thing i take is fennel tea and dandelion tea. They've helped. But robably you've already taken them.

Sorry you're having such a rough time with it i've suffered with acid reflux since 2005 although i was doing okay with it until getting pregnant So of course now it's back with a vengeance.

I saw my gp a while back and was given lots of tips on how to help myself (you've probably heard it all before- i know i had!) and a prescription for gaviscon advance which i've been taking around 4 times per day, but it only gives me relief for around half an hour to an hour after taking it and then stops working So yesterday i saw my gp again and i am now on medication for reflux, only just started taking it this morning (obviously) so can't say if it's gonna work or not, but there are options hun if it is becoming too much to handle (i know it was for me)

Hope you find something that gives you some relief

Have you tried fruit flavoured Tums? You can get them at Boots and they actually taste good. The extra calcium is actually good for the baby! You're only allowed 7 a day but they do help it ease off a bit.
