Aww hun I have it too, it hasn't got me yet since I've been pregnant but I've been having twinges in my hips last few days and I'm so scared its going to be bad again.

Nothing seems to make any difference, I can't see yoga doing that

Put you're feet up and relax as much as you can, try and get up and walk a few times an hour just to try and ease it off

Hope you're better soon x

I also have it. It's something I suffered from occasionally before I got pregnant and now it really seems to be flaring up. I have found a yoga posture that gives me temporary relief when it is really bad, but it doesn't last long. I'll see if I can explain it. Start in a crouching position and then slide one foot forwards and across your body at the front, lowering your knee towards the floor, until the outside of your leg kind of rests on the floor (like it would if you sat crossed legged). Then slide your other leg backwards and keep it stretched out straight. Then if you feel like you can, lower the upper portion of your body over your front leg towards the floor and breath into the stretch. Repeat on the other side. Hope you get some relief soon x

I was suffering from sciatica and my doctor gave me a course of acupuncture (medical not chinese) and it has worked wonders. I am very sceptical about these sorts of things but have been proven wrong!
