The Holidays Really Got Me!!!

OMG I just got back from the Dr and I gained 10lbs last month !!! Im so depressed now.. MY dr said its fine as i have only gained 12 total with the pregnancy but to just be careful not to gain more than 30 the whole pregnancy!!! Other than that depressing news baby Teagan was good her heart beat was loud and strong 155BPM and i go back in 1 month than start going every two weeks!!! Which made me realize OMG not to much longer until she is here!

Don't stress out! My pregnancy book said that by this week for me (19) I should have gained between 8 and 13 lbs. So I'm sure you are WELL within the guidelines of gaining!

Awwwww don't worry about the weight gain hun, everyone gains a bit over christmas, plus you do have a growing bump and other bits Keep thinking of that lovely little Teagan you will be meeting and holding in the not too distant future! x
