I know i do!
It has become virtually impossible for me to sleep on the side with no support under the belly. Gravity just pulls the belly down and since the baby is so heavy now it is so uncomfortable.

ill be pulling my maternity pillow out of the attic tonight, ive had the most awful nights sleep the past 2 nights!

I have 2 body pillows and 5 regular pillows, not to mention a cushion from the couch. One body pillow wraps around behind me and under my tummer/behind my back, the other I cuddle and put my head on..the other pillows are to prop me up cause of my pneumonia and heart burn

the best thing we ever ever ever invested in was a memory foam mattress its wonderful!

I have a long body pillow that is working for me for now. But this looks interesting.

I just started last night b/c Ive been waking up with back pain - what a difference it made, too!

I got the boppy belly pillow from Macy's (had a gift card)
