xxx | trust me, you really should, i never went with Abi, i just felt uncomfy with the whole young thing, id been judged in prenatal classes so stopped going to those, i felt uncomfortable everywhere i went, so i refused to go look around in case i was judged. I wish to god that i had, theres nothign worse than being in pain giving birth and not actually knowing what comes next, all of a sudden theyre just pushing you somewhere else and you have no idea where your going, OH cant find you lol, and yeah, i think it would have been a lot easier and a lot less stressful if i had of gone and seen beforehand, just my tewo penneth | | | | Status: Offline

Not for me! I have to know every detail about everything I do, nevermind having a baby. I almost wish I could be like that. My family thinks I'm crazy, because I know every day what is developing with the baby. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've already been on one... last prenatal appointment 4 weeks ago.
My DD was with me at the time, and had taken some time off from school to see the baby stuff I took her so she could see and experience where we'd L&D. I'm going to go again with DH at the more normal time (25-35 weeks) if he wishes, I'd like him to know where stuff is, and feel comfortable with everything too. We'll see if he thinks he needs it
Besides, the hospital is doing some major renovations to the Women's Birth Center of our hospital, and it'll be done sometime in March, April just in time for us to see the new facilities! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think I was about 36 weeks and im so glad I went then as I had her at 37+6! The reason we left it so late, was because we weren't going to go as I said "I don't need to see it, it make might be nervous" but it did completely the opposite. I felt so much calmer going there and we got a lovely informative tour. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Another reason I want to go early, my SIL had her baby at 25 weeks and she had never even been to her hospital! I've only been there once, so I have to know where I'm going for my own sanity! |

| Great. Think I'll go after my big u/s. It seems I'm waiting for everything with that. I'll be about 22 weeks then, so should have a good sized bump. Also, my hospital has great views of London, so I'll get a sneaky tourist view of the Houses of Parliament.
I agree with Holly. I have to know everything, and I'm very impatient, so want to go now! |
