Which multi vitimins???????????????

i want to start taking multivits but i cant find any that are for pregnancy and are small.
Everything i see is a HUGE tablet!

I really struggle with swallowing tablets, the biggest i can manage is a cod liver oil sized thing.

So does anyone know of any pregnancy vitimins i can get in the shops which are not the size of a small dog?!!!!

thanks ladies!!

xxxxxxx

I've been taking the Pregnacare original ones - they're not too big. They are also a tablet, not a capsule so you could chop them in half and have the halves separately.

I've been taking the prenatal vitamin (Preg-Vit) prescribed to me my mw at the beginning. She said its fine to keep taking them. You have to take 2 a day (I take them together) and they are quite small. None of this horse pill business.

You can chew 2 children's chewable vitamins as opposed to prenatals. Speak to your OB/MW about it. Mine said it would be fine (of course, he also said that once I hit 2nd tri, I could quit taking them all together.)

What about berocca or similar? You can get them that dissolve into water so you can drink them. They seem to have most of the same stuff in as pregnancy ones.

I've been taking asda pregnancy vitamins but the tablets are quite big (although I suppose you could split them in half) - I refer to them as horse vitamins they are that big! The first few took a bit of getting down, got it down to an art now.
