Glad to hear you are ok. Tensing can lead to increased pain, like in labour. The more you relax, the less pain you feel. Easier said then done but good to start practicing now

This is so true!

Think about it, sex is no fun if we're all tense either... it can hurt or just be uncomfortable. But when we're relaxed, it's a very different story.

Do not think I'm equating internals to sex, just that the discomfort we feel down there is in direct proportion (usually) to how tense we are when someone is messing around down there.

Relax, and it's over in a jiffy

I was never asked if I wanted an internal check. When I was in labour, she didn't even tell me she was going to stick her hand up there, it was kind of like "ooh.. erm ok, whatever"
