I didn't know I wasn't meant to drink coke the other day. Before I got pregnant I didn't even like it but now I'm craving it. I've tried to stop since I read it was bad but I just couldn't control it today and I had a can. I feel addicted. It makes me feel awful.

I have been drinking Pepsi Max (in moderation) since I first found out @ 5 weeks. Nobody has said there is anything bad about it. I think the general advice is to be cautious about the amount of caffiene you consume, so try Diet Caffiene Free Coke. Then you can have as much as you like.
Don't feel too guilty as I am sure the are much worse things you could have have done, like mixing it with Whiskey!!
