over the last week i have been getting bad headaches, when i get them the light also bothers me, that makes me think they could be migraines? is there any connection to pregnancy and headaches?

i think i am drinking enough coz its winter and im just at home all day not out and about, i also dont think im really stressed but these headaches are becoming quite bad.

anyone got any advice?

I know what you're going through, I had terrible headaches at around your stage. Its quite normal to get headaches during pregnancy but if they're severe and accompanied with other symptoms like seeing spots, or feeling physically ill then I would give your doctor a ring just to get it checked out. I had what you described, bad headache that even bright lights would make my head hurt. The only thing that helped was just getting lots of rest. Hopefully they go away for you soon

There is a connection with pregnancy and headaches because my doctor told me that I would probably get some horrible head aches during this pregnancy because of my history with migraines. Luckily they have not been to horrible and when they are I take a Tylenol! Hope you feel better soon!
