I'm Currently Feeling:  |  Hi, I'm new to 2nd Trimester
Hiya everyone!!!
I'm Alex, i'm 18 and 18+2weeks pregnant with my 1st baby. I am very excited and really nervous. I am due 29th May.
I listened to my babies heart beat the other day and it sounded really cute, and I have got my 20week scan on 16th January... however I do not want to find out the sex (is anyone else keeping it a suprise?).
I got the results back from my triple test today and I am not in the 'increased risk' group for an open neural tube defect and my individual downs risk is only 1 in 7900!!! So i feel loads better now lol!!
Sorry this is bit long lol, just wanted to update lol!

I'm Currently Feeling: | Welcome. I was on the fence about finding out the sex, so I asked my DH and of course he said what ever I wanted. So I told him, no I needed to know what he wanted. So he has decided he wants to wait to know. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My boyfriend wants to know in a way and then in a way he doesn't... so i made the decision that we aint going to find out lol!!!
Yeah my test results made me much more positive about everything!!!!
The whole pregnancy so far has been a walk in the park!!! I have had absolutly no sickness and everything has gone great. I have a tiny bump at the minute and have just started to feel little feint movements!! If the rest of it goes this well then i'll be happy!!!
Hope your all well, and hope everyone elses pregnancies have been as good as mine!!

DH really watns to find out what the sex is, I really don't...but I'm really good at reading scans, so even if they go over that area I'll know what it is (if it cooperates of course) so we figured we'd just find out! Have a good rest of the 2nd! |
