Have you had a busy day? I find that when i'm busy, i don't feel anything until i settle down and relax at night. If you felt your bubs this morning then that's good, maybe he/she is having a sleepy day, but if you're still worried, maybe you should phone your midwife for advice, although at our stage of pregnancy, not sure that they'd be too concerned about us not feeling movement, it's not until about 26-27 weeks when we supposed to feel certain amount of movement every day. x

Glad all is ok if happens again then

Your still early to worry toooo much about reduced fetal movement but id say laying down, having cold drinks and maybe a slight poke should get baby moving.Chances are he/she is just facing away but always good to ring a midwife if worried. Although at 19 wks some people dont have regular movement or any movement etc but still always ring if bit worried just to help you relax - if drinking/laying down doesnt help xx

Glad everything is ok

If you get reduced movement again then you can always call your epu and they normally invite you in to have a listen

I love my doppler for exactly times like this! A few weeks ago I started getting flutterings but over the last week I've hardly felt a thing and if it werent for hearing the HB every day I would be a nervous wreck. Finally felt some big movements last night but nothing this morning lol! Seems it's still pretty early for me to feel regular movements but as long as I hear that little galloping HB, I'm not worried
