night legs cramps:(

i have them now for the past couples nights...don't really know what to do about them ( beside trying to strech my legs when in happen or walking not easy in the middle of the nights...).

i wonder if it because sleeping on the side make us not move as much at night and so we are cramping ?

Yep, bananas will help due to the potassium content in them

Oh Miel I really feel for you, I got these really badly when I was pregnant with my daughter, seem to have escaped them so far. I found drinking lots of water helped a lot hun. xx

Huge hugs, cramps arent nice especially when they are affecting your sleep. I had them loads and my doctor advised me to stretch my leg out as far as I could and then pull my foot back towards my leg as much as I could (not using anything to pull it back), sounds a bit odd but did work
