Scan measurements

Just been looking through my notes from my 20 week scan and wondering if anyone understands the measurements?

My are:
HC: 175mm (head circumference)
FL: 31mm (don't know what this is)
Normal fetal anatomy
Presentation: Breech
Placenta: anterior - not low

It says that the HC and FL were 20w0d (I was 20+2).

Anyone understand what it all means?!

Xx

Hiya, I dont know anything about the measurements but I wouldn't worry about it being a couple of days different. I'm assuming that you were 20+2 as per your LMP?? you could have ovulated a couple of days later than you thought etc etc.

The breech position is fine as baby will turn and move a million times before you are due, the placenta also moves a little but I think that the main thing is that it isn't low and covering your cervix so from what little I know it all sounds good

that's the femur length.

Normal fetal anatomy
everything you would expect was there the right size and in the right place, kidneys, stomach, ect.

Presentation: Breech
baby's bum is down the bottom and head is up top

It says that the HC and FL were 20w0d (I was 20+2).
baby is a tiny, tiny bit little, could be your dates are out by a day or so, but at this stage they would not change it unless you were more than a week out.

So everything is looking good!

Er no, an anterior placenta is one that is on the front wall of the uterus, surely? (not a problem, just an alternative position)
