| Ewww bloody nose Don't know how many other ladies also have blood in their noses since being pregnant other than me! It doesn't actually bleed or anything, just if I blow my nose or put a tissue inside. On top of that, my allergies have gotten worse and I just sneezed while reading some posts and sprayed blood all over the keyboard and the screen of my lap top YUCK! On top of all the extra gas I'm producing, I'm one disgusting pregnant woman!!! LOL! Don't know how my OH is putting up with me... | | | | Status: Offline

| I had this in the 3rd Tri with my dd, and have had it all the way through with this one.
Sometimes my nose does actually bleed, and other times its just a bit bloody when I blow.
I asked my midwife about it last time and its totally normal.
I found it strange for me as I had never had a bloody nose before in my life!! | | | | Status: Offline

| Its rotten isn't it!! Its really common and nothing to worry about it. When you are preg you have increased blood flow round your body and this causes tissues in places like your nose and girlie bits to swell up. It means that you are going to have a more irritable nose and if you have hay fever then you will prob get this a lot. I dont have hay fever but usually have a few bloody boogies when I blow my nose, or a slight taste of blood in my mouth where it has gone down my throat......... nice! | | | | Status: Online

| Actually in the 1st trimester when I was a bit more anxious, I would keep on checking to make sure my nose WAS bloody...to prove to myself that I was still pregnant HAHA. | | | | Status: Offline
