Baby Names

Hiya, Just wondered what every1 is thinking of calling there babies, got 2 reeeally nice names i like, if its a girl i like Willow, and if its a boy i like Riley, what dya think?

Jack Antony for a boy or Evie Carol for a girl

My daughter originally wanted us to use the more gaelic form of it but we werent keen as it didnt sound right, so this is a good compromise. Took us ages to come up with Evie as nothing sounded right with Carol. It was my mum's name and she died 4 years ago so I wanted to name the baby after her. Same goes for the boy's middle name Antony.. my brother died 3 years ago and his name was Antony.

My little girl is being called Freya Louise, if she was a boy she would of been Toby John

LOL .. if we have a girl it will be Willow Alexandra (ive ALWAYS wanted to name my daughter that for as long as i can remember) and for a boy its Maddox Aloysius ( middle name after my fathers middle name)

My youngest Elinor was gonna be called Willow until about a couple of wks before she was born. We only changed our minds as we had told family etc and they thought it was a silly name to call a child

Everyone went on and on about it so we eventually changed it to Elinor.. but they stil were not happy with that.

Ocht well.

Our wee boy this time round is gonna be called Hamish... which I know no one will like again but OH picked it. If we had a son I wanted to name him James after OH but its a family name in both our families and so there are already small children called James and so we were disappointed that we couldnt really call him James.

So OH did some investigating and found out that Hamish is Scots/Gaelic for James.

Had we been having another girl though she would have have been called Alannis

we have ella mae for a girl and charlie for boy, i did originally just want ella but as baby's surname is tate, i didnt want the poor thing stuck with et as its initials.
