Back pain...

It's getting horrible. I can barely breathe at times
It was bad enough that I had back problems before, but now they are just ridiculous. I'm sure it doesn't help that I sit down all day. At the rate I'm going, by the time I'm 8 months pregnant, I will be wheeling myself around

OUCH! I know what you mean hun. I have always had bad pain in my lower back, but now its horrible! Especially when I'm walking around a lot. Talk to your doctor about it, they might be able to give you tips that help.

My back is just killing me today, but that is because I am on my feet all day at work. Sucks.

Nikkybaby do you do any form of prenatal exercises. If not look for an exercise called "pelvic tilts"...I do about 40 a day, 20 in the morning and then 20 in the evening, takes all of 5min...and they help reduce back pain gradually...

Also if anyone is interested Acupuncture is heavenly for the back! Def recommend it if you are in a lot of pain!

And another idea too hun...They sell pregnancy belts, sometimes called splints that help support your tummy and take the load off your back. Haven't personally tried them but I hear they are good.

My back gets like that too if I've been sitting for too long/and or standing for too long. Since you work sitting (I think I read that somewhere) try getting up and walking around a bit, maybe there's a couch you can stretch out on for a few mins? even getting up and doing actual stretches might help too. Hope you start feeling better hon
