Still drinking coffee?

I know researchers say its ok to still take caffeine, just a cup ot 2 per day is safe, but is there still anyone refraining from it caffeine?

I am working and I feel really exhausted at times and I can't focus. If I try to hard, I would end up getting really bad headaches...

I am still taking like one cup (not the expresso cups, haha), every couple of days....

Happy holidays everyone...hope everyone is feeling great with their little or not so little bumps!!!

I was never a big coffee drinker before I was pregnant so while I was pregnant I didn't really have any coffee. I had the occassional Iced Cappucino but thats it. I didn't even want coffee anyways. A couple cups of coffee per day is OK though. But I wouldn't rely on it to keep you awake. I think the only cure for that is for YOU missy to get more rest and relaxation so you can focus better. Don't want to over work yourself.

I used to drink coffee all the time but I don't now. I'll still drink a glass or two of coke or mountian dew whenever we go out to eat but that's only once every few weeks.

I also couldn't stomach it in the first try but now I miss that morning cuppa, be it coffee or tea, so I bought decaf of both. When I run out of decaf I allow myself one or two cups a day max of normal coffee or tea.
