Probably the most stupid question ever...

But is there such a thing as maternity knickers? I know I could find this out if I went into town but I am not going shopping for a couple more weeks as I can still just about squeeze into my ordinary trousers! My knickers are getting a bit tight round the waist already. Is there such a thing as maternity ones, or do you just buy a bigger size?

yes we have them in the USA, so I'm sure you can find them... I have a few pairs- they fit weird, they are too roomy for me at the moment, but I'm sure I'll grow into them!

Yes - apparently they stop the roller blind effect. You either have to go with the teeny weeny under bump ones, or the completely over bump granny types. Bridget Jones springs to mind . . . . . . . ha ha ha!!

I'm just wearing the "teeny weeny under-the-bump" variety!

I found it SO hard to find the over-the-bump ones - even big Mothercare stores had very little in stock! I managed to get one 2-pack in one store and one in another, hardly great! I know I could order them online, but I get pissed off at having to pay postage because they don't stock stuff instore!

I hate under-the-bump pants, I found them so uncomfortable.
