Tmi advice needed


Ok so i've always done pelvic floor for years, was instilled in me how important they are. But I dont know if it is how baby is lying but certain days the pelvic floor is rubbish. I have a horrid cold at the moment and no matter how much i'm prepared leaks happen Is there anything else I can do? Or do I just have to deal with it.

Don't be too hard on yourself....I've had a bad sacroiliac joint since 9 weeks and this makes pelvic floor exercises really difficult. Your muscles are relaxed a lot more during pregnancy so it's no indication of whatyou'll be like after. Just carry on doing what you can.....and get yourself some pads so you're comfy.
