Im getting married at the end of the month and just wondered how easy it would be to get my name changed on my babies notes, I kinda would like to have my married name on everything as it will be my babies name too.. I want to be matching :0)

Note sure but they spelt my name wrong and just re-printed stickers and stuck them over all the mistakes.

I cant see why they wouldnt change your name over on your Mat Notes. Ask your midwife hun. She'll be able to advise you X

Oh congrats But Im not sure! Just wanted to say congratulations I was supposed to be getting married next year but we've decided to delay it. The baby is taking my OH's surname though

I don't think it should be a problem, it would have been harder I think if the baby had been born before but your midwives should be able to change your notes no problem. Hope they can

I used to use my mums name on the NHS (rather than dads surname that I use for everything else - long story) anyway, I wanted it changed to my dads surname but they said as I had been using that name for so many years, just to leave it to avoid complications/mix ups with my baby. So id stick to the name you have, but it's up to you.
