I need opinions!

well I found out we are on team

monday!! we are very excited and have picked a name we both love but I keep thinking about it because of course its the name my lil boy will have to live with forever! anyway the name we have picked is Zander Lucas and last name is Jenkins (my dads name is Zandal and it is so rare of a name we wanted to kinda name baby after him and we had both agreed on lucas before finding out it was a boy)...we have a son who is 4 and his name is Jacob Levi so Im wondering if the names go good together or not?? DH wants to call the baby Lucas so we will have a Jake and a Luke but I am leaning towards calling him Zander as I wanted Jacob to be called Levi and it didnt happen!

but there are so many Jacobs out there and he has 3 others in his grade! if we call this baby Zander most likely there wont be any others in his class but that is for us to figure out but I would like opinions on what to call lil Zander Lucas...

Put your foot down if you like Zander the best (although Jacob is a lovely name too)!!

spooky!!! Xander (zander) is a name we both really really like but both our parents are against it ! which put a damper on it for us. I think it is gorgeous and should def stick with it!

We came up with Alistair which we both kinda like just now but can decide on a surname. I have a wee girl called Aria and always wanted something unusual to go with it but xander was the only 'unusual' name we could think of but no one in our family likes it! xx

I love Zander, it is a lovely name. We were considering it as well. I think that you should stick with it.

A friend of mine has a little boy called alexander but he always gets xander & i really like it too, spelt whichever way its nice. I say stick with it too

I agree, you should stick with Zander, although I also love the name Lucas as well. I just think if you are looking for something different than Zander will most likely be the choice. But, I do not think that there are many Lucas' these days. Not really anyway.
