In the past 2-3 days I have had so many people tell me they think I am having a little baby girl since I am carrying high.
Is there any truth behind this?

I am carrying high and I too, thought that I would be expecting a girl initially but it turned out to be a boy!

I guess you should be due for a 20th week scan soon?

I carried high with Drake and everyone thought it was a girl lol but nope it wasen't true. I refuse to think anything about the gender until my next U/S or the birth but its so damn hard

I'm carrying a bit low, and I have a strange feeling it's a boy. No connection to carrying low and the gender, but I've just had a feeling all along. I guess this old wive's tale is right up there with the heartrate theory!

Im carrying low and wide/ But keep in mind Im 5'9 and fat, so I think there is no other place for baby to go. We are having a boy

Hmm...I've heard just from like my moms friends that it was the opposite. That they thought with girls you carry lower, and boys higher. I have no idea. I'm carrying kinda low, and its a girl. You're brave for not wanting to know tho, I dont have that much willpower.

i think all the shape thing is a loada crap lol ive carried mine all the same and ill end up with 2 of each

my friend also carried both hers high and she had 1 of each

I don't think it's true about the gender, more the position baby is on or your stage of pregnancy!
