I am so angry right now!!!

just got off the phone to my boss I do youth work casue in the long run I wanna do teaching, anyway to earn abit of extra money I do 3 hours cleaning down there a week too.

Anyway I have just been sacked from cleaning without NOTICE no warnings nothing I have been doing the job for more than 12 months, apparently she has to keep re-doing my work. CRAP! she hasn't said a single word to me EVER. I have have nothing but trouble from her since she started last september she victimised me so badly last novemeber I had to get the head boss and a union rep involved. She picks at me all the time but this is ridiculous. I had holiday from work 2 weeks ago and she told me whilst laughing that I was taking the mick expecting to be paid when I had'nt cleaned and last week she text me not to work cos she had done it!!!

Oh and just to add when she started I did 3 youth work shifts gradually over the past few months I am now down to 1. whetheras her favourite has gone up to 5 plus now the cleaning!!

I might go to CAB and get advice I have rang the bug boss but I think he is on holiday I AM GOING CRAZY with angrer right now!!!

good news is hun if u go 2 the CAB office u might have a case with unfaire dismmisal as u have been there over a year so go, and get ur union rep involed she made the mistake saying she re did ur work if that was the case she should have told u and gave u 3 warning then a written one then she would be within her rights 2 do it. But as she has not so she has just stung her self. Good luck with it

Yes you should have had the proper verbal and written warnings!!
It definately sounds like she has picked on you.
Def go to CAB to find out your rights and let your boss know that you are too!
Could it be because your preggers?

God what a bitch. I'd get your butt down CAB for sure. More so if she has just sacked you with no written/verbal warnings.

Some people are just born with a stick up their arse and like to see others unhappy.

That sux!! I'm with the others, its best not to let this slide, this woman needs to be sorted out and you need to get your job back to the way it should be.
