Aches and Pains in uterus and pelvic floor

For about the last 2-3 days I have been having a lot of aches in my pelvic floor and around where I pee too. And along with that I have been having pains that run up the sides of my uterus and in my groin. And the other morning I woke up with a wet spot in my undies but I couldnt tell if it was pee or something else, and since then my vaginal discharge has been a little heavier and more watery. Is this normal?

I think it probably is, I'm having the same deal with my dishcharge. Its really heavy and watery sometimes, plus you get increased discharged during pregnancy. That pain really sounds like what my doctor said I had. Its called Pelvic Girdle Pain, it can be really painful too if you've been on your feet for a long time. If your still worried hon, I'd give the doctor a ring and put your mind at ease.

Here's a link on PGP, hope it helps:

You should get checked out to see if you have SPD or PGP as there are excercises that you can do to help strengthen your muscles which have been weakened by an overload of relaxin hormone, otherwise the excess mucus is perfectly normal hun!

Thank you for that link, I called my doctor and I just heard back from the nurse. She said that they want me to come in to check for a bacterial infection just to rule it out, but that the pains on my sides are normal to just wear a support belt. I do a lot of standing, I am a hairstylist and a lot of the time there is no time to sit between clients, only on my lunch. That could be the problem. So I am going in tomorrow to get it checked out. I am just concerned with the discharge because I know that you have more when your pregnant, but it was like all of a sudden more and more and I am constantly feeling like Im wet down there, and I read its supposed to be milky or creamy and mine is watery... We will see what my doc says tomorrow.

Yeah I was going to suggest that it could be a bladder infection or a UTI. I have one right now that I'm taking meds for and I have very similar symptoms to yours. Good luck, hopefully that's it because it's easy to treat!
