it doesnt ===lol course it could slow down dramatically but then pick right back up again---lol--- just focus on eating right and doing what u can to stay healthy--- i think the only people that look forward to weight gain are people who lost weight puking in first tri--- course i wasnt that fortunate and gained all my weight in that tri
