Why don't my boobs hurt?

My boobs never hurt that much even when I first found out I was pregnant. They didn't even hurt as much as they would if my period was due but now I'm 16 weeks pregnant and I think they've grown a bit but they don't hurt at all and haven't for a few weeks now. Is this normal? In fact noting hurts. I feel completely normal. Anyone else?

Same, my boobs stopped hurting awhile ago. Sometimes I can forget Im pregnant lol~ Only yesterday have I really noticed any signs, feeling really heavy like when I get up after sitting awhile its like my bladder drops and I gotta go right then! lol I dont think there is anything wrong with you, your body has probaly already adjusted to the surge of pregnancy hormones

Thanks. I guess you must be right. I feel really silly because I've studied Biology for years and focused on pregnancy and birth in people and animals so I should know whats going on but then when it's happening to you it's easy to forget everything and panic.

To start with, the only time my boobs hurt in any way was when the shower was hitting my nipples......but then later on in the pregnancy, I had such painful nipples alot of the time, it was horrible and occassionally around the sides of my boobs, but that was about it.

Sounds like your body may have adjusted well and quickly to the change in hormones! Lucky hunny! You don't always have to be experiencing some form of discomfort for reassurance that things are ok. And being that you're in your second tri, which is suppose to be the best trimester of all, it sounds normal.

I feel the same way. I told my husband yesterday I don't even feel pregnant. Except when I look at my little tiny bump, other than that nothing feels pregnant. Glad to know it's just not me!

Mine didnt hurt at all until the beginning of week 18 and thats when the leaking began... and now they are firm and big but they still dont hurt all the time, mostly at then end of the day when they have been confined to my bra all day. Dont worry, count your blessings!
