I'm Currently Feeling: | Swollen Feet Anyone else's feet swelling? Is it to early for mine to be swollen? I tried to wear a pair of flip flops to the store but had to take them off because they were to tight on the top. My feet are also cramping all the time. I'll be 21 weeks Friday is this normal? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My ankles felt swollen last week-ish. Do you eat a lot of salty things? You could be retaining water from salt. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | No not really. I mean I cook with salt. I guess I need to watch it. Food sucks without salt though lol |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I would mention it to my dr/midwife. My mother has lots of trouble with water retention. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My doctor always tells me to drink 2 liters of water so that my hands and feet don't swell. My friends feet have been swollen throughout her pregnancy. |

Can't fit into any of my shoes JOY! | Ditto! It's my left foot that is swollen. Both hurt, but the left is more swollen then the right |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I have fairly bad varicose veins... especially in the right leg... which is the leg that generally swells the most. I suppose the circulation isn't so great in that leg. I get pretty good edema in that one when I haven't been drinking as I should.
It really helps a lot when I have drank my 2 liters of water a day.
Peeing all the time, but yah know... better than massive ankles I guess. |
