Lower Abdomen Pain

Hi everyone, I am currently 18wk pg with my 2nd child and this morning i have got terrible pain in the lower right hand side of my abdomen if i try and feel where the pain is with my hand it's along my pubic line, i didnt have any pains like this with my first, it's not like what the midwifes described to me as growing pains which i had with my first, there isnt any blood or anything like that........ has anyone got any ideas or suffered from anything like this?

depends how sore it is, I have had a constant pain before on the right side, but was not too painful. I was told pains like that can also be a sign of a urine infection. Best to call MW just to be sure hun. More than likely just growing pains though x

Hi I had these aswel and went to the hospital it alternates between both sides but very low almost at pubic line. I was told that there are ligaments there which are stretching and the prgesterone is casuing them to soften which can often casue pain. Initially they thought i might have a urine infection but everything came back fine. It happens more when ive been sitting for a long time and stand but soemtimes it's just there. I dont think it's anythign to really worry about but you coudl phone your midwife for peace of mind.
