| Mum (Mom) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: UK Posts: 363 | 21 week scan - the good news, the bad news. i finally had my 20 week scan yesterday. they called us in early so i'd barely finished slurping at my bottle of water. they checked a few bits then sent me out to jiggle about and wait patiently for my bladder to fill. then back in we went to finish up. BABY IS FINE! everything seems to be in order. organs, limbs, daddys nose... my placenta is very low, though, so i'll have to go back at the beginning of september for another scan to check whether its moved. i've been assured that they expect it will - but to be prepared to consider other births (ie a c-section - which i would definately prefer to avoid!) and after all my insisting that i was feeling boys vibes... ...we're on team pink   |
