I have to have someone hold my hand LOL!!! I'm terrible with getting blood taken. When I went for my first one, they took 6 or 7 viles. I felt like I was going to pass out and had to stay in the room for a bit. At my next appt I'm doing my glucose test, but I'm hoping like Mango said, that they only take one. I've heard if you keep your arm over your head for a few that you wont bruise. I always bruise though...

But a tleast its done and its for baby. I just kept telling myself that while they were doing it.

If I was going to have the Triple Test I would've had to have it in my hand because they have to do it at the doctors and they can never find my veins in my arms

Dont let them, its the most bloody painful thing ever. Its horrible. My hand proper swelled up for about a week and a half afterwards and went blue :s it was horrible
