Anyways, dont get yourself down. Everyone keeps telling me that afterwards, when I am holding my little boy that I wont even think about the weight or anything else. That I will be so overwelmed and preoccupied with him that I wont have time to think about it..
Good luck!

Oh I know how you feel. Everyone has been super nice, other than the "you're rump is sure filling out nicely".

DH tells me I'm beautiful all the time, and though I believe him and love him for it, I look around at all the lovely svelte women and think 'hmmm' I'm lovely compared to that???

I've definately got a bump, but I also have a nice layer of pudge right over the top of that too, so rather than a pretty curved little bump, I've got a stay puffed marshmallow tummy.

::sigh::

I guess I'm just in that in between stage where none of my old clothes fit worth a darn, and none of my lovely maternity things are fitting over a sweet baby bump where people can tell I'm preggers and not just some plump hippy chick wearing baby doll tops.

I try to eat right, and drink a ton of water through the day... and only gained a couple pounds since finding out I was pregnant (though I imagine my appointment on the third will show a 5-10 pound gain

I should be walking a mile or two everyday, I know, but it's been so friggin cold here, and I'm already cold natured, I just wince when I think of being outside for more than a few minutes... Maybe I'll get a membership at the gym so I can use an eliptical until the baby is born, then workout like I should

I guess breastfeeding will also help pull those unwanted pounds all off. I gained about 40 pounds with dd 12 years ago, and pulled all but 10 off with breastfeeding and new mommy activity, so :: shrug ::

Such complexes we entertain ourselves with... sheesh

margerle---- i actually own an elliptical though i tried to use it at say 2-3 months i got extremely exhausted on it after a few min when i could literally go 30-40 min before getting preggo and come off just out of breath and thirsty--- so i wouldnt recommend getting the gym membership just for the elliptical=---lol---course this far along i'd be scared to hop on my elliptical now cause belly's so large --- lol anyway--- what i do is go to any grocery store or mall thats near by and just walk around until ur legs and feet hurt --thats what i do (cause they'res no way im walking anywhere in the cold---in the summer i walked around the neighborhood after the sun went down) ---id say if u can get a good hour in thats good enough--- u dont have to go overboard wiht it

Oh sweetie we all feel fat hun! Listen I am like what.... 107 lbs and I FEEL FAT!! I think it is in the pregnancy hormones hun. And I can PROVE that you CAN loose your baby weight. I had my first son and gained 40 lbs. I didn't breastfeed and lost everything except 10 lbs. Then 5 years later I got prego with my second son and gained 20 lbs. I breastfed him and lost 34 lbs with in 3 months. YEP!!! I was the same size as when I was 18 AND I had nice big boobies. So... don't listen to people get you down love. Just eat healthy... do a bit of exercise when you can and love your little one. I think babies like when thier mama's have a little softness! I bet your man thinks your sexy as heck too!!!! So hugs and stay positive.. after all you are growing a little love in you. Oh and love your big boobies! I am normally an A/B cup and well I can't wear lots of stuff because my boobies don't fill the clothing! So love your beautiful self!
