Early Pregnancy Physiotherapy Antenatal Class

Hey everyone, hope this finds you all well!!

I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and am booked in to a two hour early pregnancy physiotherapy antenatal class.

Just wondering if anyone had been to this already and what to expect??

Amy.

I went to see the physios yesterday for pregnancy related stuff - but it was just at the hospital and not a class... I think it depends on your local health authority.

Hey!! I went to a 2 hour physio class when I was about 18 weeks! We were told all about how pregnancy can have a physical affect on your body and how you can help relieve any pain that you may have by doing simple exercises and movements! It was really informative and really taught me a lot! U should enjoy it xxx
